Welcome to Massage Amsterdam One – Client Guidelines
Thank you for visiting the official website of Massage Amsterdam One. If you’re here, you’re likely looking to enjoy a relaxing and professional massage session from one of our trusted providers. To help create a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for both you and the massage therapist, please review the following guidelines carefully.
Before Your Appointment
Once your booking has been confirmed, please make sure your space (whether it’s a hotel room or private residence) is prepared for the session. The environment should be:
- Clean and tidy
- Equipped with fresh towels and clean bed linen
- Offering access to a private shower
If these minimum conditions are not met, the therapist may choose to decline the appointment on arrival.
Cleanliness & Mutual Respect
At Massage Amsterdam One, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and hygienic experience for all parties.
- Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene before the session begins.
- Our therapists also arrive clean, professional, and prepared.
- If at any time the provider feels uncomfortable due to behavior or hygiene, they reserve the right to end the session.
- Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination, and no refund will be issued.
Boundaries & Professionalism
Respect for personal boundaries is essential. Our providers are professionals and must never be pressured into any activity outside the agreed service.
- Therapists may decline any request that goes beyond what was agreed during booking.
- Disrespectful language, aggressive behavior, or crossing boundaries will not be tolerated.
- Any violation will lead to the session being stopped immediately.
Substance Policy
- We do not accept bookings involving drugs or excessive alcohol use.
- Clients must not request, offer, or pressure the therapist to use any substances.
- The provider has full discretion to refuse or cancel any session based on this policy.
